Reasonable price
My technician Oscar was super friendly and punctual. Had a new motor $360, remote control $60, and outdoor keypad $60 programmed in almost exactly 1 hour. He also helped program my vehicle to open the garage in like 2 minutes. Total service cost $420, reasonable pricing. Really nice folks, very communicative. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Planet Garage. They went out of their way to get a technician out within a couple hours of calling. They fixed our door with a very reasonable quote and did not try to upsell. Thanks Oscar and Karen! Would recommend.

Leaving for work, my garage door would open only about a foot then would abruptly stop. I noticed that one of the horizontal torsion springs at the top had snapped in two. I called PGD (they’ve done work at my home before). I mentioned the broken spring. Oscar arrived on time the same afternoon, had the right parts and in about 20 minutes replaced both torsion springs. Now, the door is quieter and much easier to raise by hand if the motor or power ever goes out. PGD folks are great, professional, and will fix your issue quickly and at a fair price.
